Many of the sets below mention a “base pace”. If you do not have one yet, try out the Base Pace Detector Set! The time each set takes is a little dependent on each swimmer. Our times here are based off what a typical Masters program would do — but once you’ve tried one or two of our sets, you should have an idea how much time you need to add or subtract. For reference, we’re roughly using a 1:30 base pace for estimates.
